If you’re not home, both Canada Post and UPS will attempt to leave the package in a secure location, such as an enclosed porch or side door. If you are not home or there is no secure location , Canada Post will leave a card letting you know from which local post office you can retrieve your parcel for up to 14 days. UPS will also leave a card with a number to contact where you can reschedule the delivery date, arrange to pick up your shipment at a UPS Customer Centre, have your shipment delivered to a different address, or to return the shipment to Healthwick. If the package is sent to the nearest UPS centre you must pick it up within 5 business days. Both Canada Post and UPS will only make 1 delivery attempt. If your parcel is returned to us unclaimed, we will call you to have the package reshipped or refund the cost of product less shipping fees. The pleated sides allow the bag to lie flat as possible as it fills up to create more volume without a bigger bag. A set of fabric straps with low profile buttons secure the bag comfortably to the leg. The vinyl bag and fabric straps are latex-free to not irritate the skin for users who have a latex allergy.
Choose from vented and non-vented systems of the combination pack. The vented option helps prevent air build-up in the bag. Each system is made with an anti-reflux valve design ensures urine back flow into the tubing. A blue convenience drain is found at the bottom of the leg bag to drain as needed.
